Register a Group of Pharmacists at a Discount!
Register five or more pharmacists from the same company and enjoy a discount on your registration fee. Everyone in the group must register under the full conference Member or Nonmember categories. Other registration categories do not qualify.
This offer cannot be combined with any other offer. Group registrations are nonrefundable, but can be transfered to another employee. In the event a registration is submitted with the group code and less than five people, the difference will be due prior to badges being released. Contact the APhA InfoCenter to obtain the group discount code.
Nonmembers save too!
Register at the full 4-day nonmember rate and receive one year of APhA membership. When you register, you will automatically be enrolled as an APhA member effective April 15, 2015 through April 14, 2016. As such, nonmember rates will apply for additional offerings and other activities offered at APhA2015.
If you would like to receive the reduced member rate for APhA2015 and obtain discounts on other APhA activities and products at the meeting, activate your APhA membership first and then register at the appropriate member rate. Please allow one week for membership processing prior to registering.
SELECT attendees received an invitation from APhA indicating they attended the past two APhA conferences and paid the pharmacist full conference registration fee. SELECT attendees will receive a ribbon and custom print created exclusively for APhA by renowned artist Patrick O'Brien. The code used to designate SELECT status on the registration form appears in the invitation. Contact the APhA InfoCenter for more information.
Payment for registration must be in U.S. dollars and may be paid by check drawn on a U.S. bank and made payable to APhA. MasterCard, VISA, or American Express are also accepted for payment. Use the grid above to determine your registration fee. (Note your member status within APhA determines your registration fee. Contact the APhA InfoCenter for more information.)
APhA will accept purchase orders from federal government agencies and military institutions only. Purchase orders will be accepted via mail and fax (not via the Internet) and must be submitted with a completed registration form. Badges, tickets, and receipt will not be issued until payment is received. You must provide a credit card guarantee with your initial registration and purchase order. If the check isn’t received within 30 days after the meeting, your credit card will be charged for the full amount.
Confirmation and Badges
Registration confirmations will be sent via email within two business days of receipt of your registration. Badges and tickets will be mailed beginning the first week in March to non-exhibitors residing in the U.S. if your registration is received by February 27. If your registration is received after February 27, you will need to pick them up on site. If you don't receive your credentials, please report to the Pre-Registered Attendees desk on site.
Changes and Corrections
To make changes or corrections to your registration, click on the appropriate link in the confirmation email. Changes and corrections may also be submitted to the Registration Center by fax (678-669-1802) or email through February 27. Changes and corrections required after this date must be made on site, as materials will begin mailing at that point.
All registration cancellations must be in writing to APhA2015@badgeguys.com. Cancellations received by February 27 will be refunded less a $100 administrative fee. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after February 27. Ticketed event fees are non-refundable except when an event is cancelled by APhA.
The Friday pre-meeting education courses (except for Day of Science) do NOT require Annual Meeting registration to participate. All other events require Annual Meeting registration. Offering fees are non-refundable except when an event is cancelled by APhA.
The Spouse/Guest registration category is for non-pharmacist spouses or guests who wish to visit the Exposition, and attend the opening reception and closing reception. Continuing pharmacy education (CPE) credits are NOT awarded to spouse/guest registrants.
The U.S. Department of State is the official United States visa information source with information about visa requirements, U.S. embassy and consulate locations worldwide, and wait times for visa interview appointments/processing. Travelers are advised to apply for visas well in advance of intended travel dates. Although APhA may not provide official travel endorsement, a Letter of Invitation is available by completing the Letter of Invitation request form.
Children under the age of 18 will not be permitted in the exhibit hall or educational sessions at any time due to insurance liability issues. This includes children in strollers and carriers.
