APhA-APPM Distinguished Achievement Award in Pharmacy Management — $5000
This award recognizes significant or sustained contributions in the area of pharmacy management and the encouragement of others to pursue scholarly activities and practical pharmacy research that has had a significant impact on the quality of patient care and/or cost containment.
APhA-APPM Distinguished Achievement Award in Pharmacy Practice — $5000
This award recognizes significant or sustained contributions to pharmacy practice through the development and/or implementation of an innovative, original pharmacy program or service.
APhA-APPM Distinguished Achievement Award in Service — $5000
This award recognizes significant or sustained contributions in the area of service at the community, their state, or the national level. Service activities would include community service, service to the profession, and service to APhA. Nominees would have mentored and inspired individuals to participate in service activities and through their leadership have contributed to the development of future advocates for the profession.
APhA-APRS Research Achievement Award in the Pharmaceutical Sciences — $5000
This award recognizes outstanding meritorious achievement in the pharmaceutical sciences. Contributions that are recognized by this award in 2014 will be in the areas of clinical sciences, which develop knowledge and integrate the process of science into the profession of pharmacy.
APhA Pharmacy Management Excellence Award — $10,000
This premier award is intended to recognize an APhA member in any practice setting who has distinguished himself/herself and the profession by sustained outstanding performance and achievement in the area of pharmacy management.
Community Pharmacy Residency Program Excellence in Precepting Award — $5000
This award recognizes a community pharmacy residency director or preceptor who has demonstrated excellence in precepting, mentoring, leadership, and community pharmacy residency program administration.
Shuttle Buses — $10,000 per bus/$50,000 exclusive (6 buses)*
Meeting shuttle buses will be wrapped with a semi-transparent film containing your advertising message.
Buses will run every 10-15 minutes for a minimum of 15 hours on Friday and 12 hours Saturday, Sunday
and Monday. Buses will alternate routes to provide maximum visibility of your message.

APhA TV — Features Profiles
New Media News TV in partnership with the American Pharmacists Association is producing APhA TV for broadcast at APhA2014. The program will have feature profiles on select organizations in academia and the commercial sector highlighting innovation, new technology, and excellence in service and supply in community pharmacy, pharmacy education, and pharmaceutical science. All content will be produced, filmed and edited by the New Media News/APhA TV film crew to national broadcast quality standards. Relaxation Station — Supported
Attendees must visit supporter's booth to receive a ticket in order to receive their "complimentary" back massage. Support includes signage with the company name and booth number at the massage station and a promotional sign in supporter's booth. APhA Foundation and State Pharmacy Foundations Wine Tasting and Silent Auction — $20,000
This highly-attended event is hosted to jointly benefit the APhA Foundation's Annual Fund and the state pharmacy association foundations and features a wine tasting and silent auction. A ticket is not required for attendance but a minimum donation is requested for participation in the wine tasting with food pairings. There are over 250 attendees annually at this lively event.
APhA Foundation Annual Contributors' Breakfast — $10,000
This event gives the APhA Foundation the opportunity to honor its leaders and supporters. Included in the program is an update on the Foundation's key initiatives, along with an acknowledgement of award and scholarship recipients. Over 200 attendees annually.
APhA-APPM Nuclear Pharmacists Reception — $8,000
This reception provides an opportunity for nuclear pharmacists to share innovations in practice and mentor student pharmacists who are considering a nuclear pharmacy specialty.
APhA-APPM and APhA-APRS Recognition Luncheon — $7,500
This luncheon recognizes the leaders in the APhA Academy of Pharmacy Practice and Management and the APhA Academy of Pharmaceutical Research and Science. These individuals have contributed to the advancement of practice/research in their setting/field of interest.
APhA-APRS Networking Reception — $5,000
This reception provides an opportunity for members who conduct research in the economic, social and administrative sciences to discuss future projects and research presented at APhA2014.

This luncheon provides a briefing on the "state of APhA" to former Association volunteer leaders.

Individuals currently in graduate programs or contemplating graduate programs will discuss issues related to postgraduate programs.
Community Pharmacy Residency Showcase and Networking Reception — $17,500
The residency showcase is designed to inform pharmacy students about community pharmacy residency training opportunities in chain, supermarket and independent pharmacies. Set in an exhibit style format, information is provided about career advancing training experiences. Over 750 students participate at this event. The Networking Reception provides an opportunity for community residency program directors, preceptors, residents and students interested in community pharmacy residencies to share information and best practices. Over 125 attendees on an annual basis.
Nuclear Pharmacy Business/Breakfast Meeting — $2,500
This breakfast provides information on educational programming, legislative and regulatory activities, and practice based issues impacting nuclear pharmacists.
Satellite activities focus on pharmaceutical care and contemporary pharmacy practice issues, including disease management, legal issues, professional development, pharmaceutical science, nuclear pharmacy, and basic patient care assessment skills.

APhA-ASP Welcoming Social — Supported
Provides student pharmacist attendees with opportunities to meet and greet old and new friends from across the country and feel at home at the meeting. The setting provides an excellent opportunity for representatives of the supporting organization to interact with and welcome student and pharmacist attendees.
APhA-ASP Student Leadership Training Series — Supported
Supports the APhA-ASP Student Leadership Training Series Workshop, advanced leadership training, and other yearly programs.
APhA-ASP General Session and Keynote Speaker — Supported
The APhA-ASP Opening General Session on Saturday of the APhA Annual Meeting serves as a motivational start to student programming at the meeting. A keynote speaker presents to the students and the APhA-ASP Patient Care Projects are also awarded during this session.
APhA-ASP Awards Celebration — $20,000
The APhA-ASP Awards Celebration is the exciting conclusion to APhA-ASP programing on Sunday evening. Throughout the celebration we honor those who have made a significant contribution to the profession on an individual and chapter basis. Student will leave inspired and excited about the accomplishments of the Academy.
APhA New Practitioner Network Financial Planning Strategies Workshop and New Practitioner Night on the Town — $17,500
The New Practitioner Financial Planning Strategies Workshop is conducted by a certified financial planning professional. It addresses the financial issues, both short and long-term, faced by new pharmacy professionals. The Night on the Town, always a memorable Annual Meeting event, is the place to be to network with new practitioners and experience the flavor of our host city.
APhA-ASP Chapter Achievement Awards Program — Supported
The APhA-ASP Chapter Achievement Awards Program was created to annually recognize outstanding awards, activities and programs of APhA-ASP Chapters. Awards are presented on Monday evening during the APhA-ASP Closing Celebration.
APhA-ASP Chapter Leadership Workshop — Supported
All current chapter leaders and interested students are invited to attend this workshop focused on accountable results in volunteer organizations. Leaders will learn how to define and achieve success within their chapter through successful team communication.

This workshop helps future student leaders prepare for their positions as Chapter Membership Vice Presidents and provide them information and skills to assist them in leading their chapters in membership.

This workshop helps future student leaders to prepare for their positions as Chapter President and provide them information and skills to assist them in leading their chapter.
