Online Continuing Pharmacy Education Submission
All continuing pharmacy education participation will be recorded online for APhA2010. Recording credit online is quick and simple! You may record CPE after attending a session, several sessions, or the entire conference. You can print your CPE Statement of Credit directly from your computer for your records. A CPE Voucher Code Tracking Sheet is provided on pages 10-11 in the Education Guide for you to keep track of CPE participation.
To Record Participation in CPE
You will need your pharmacist.com username and password, which were provided to you with your conference registration badge, and the Voucher Code for each session you attended. Voucher Codes were announced during each session.
- Log on to the CPE recording Web site.
- Log in using your pharmacist.com username and password.
- Enter the Voucher Code of the session for which you wish to record credit. (This was announced at the beginning and end of each session.)
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete session/speaker evaluations.
- Upon successful submission of the evaluation, your Statement of Credit will be available to print.
- Print this Statement of Credit and save for your records.
- If you do not wish to print your Statement of Credit immediately, you may log in until May 15, 2010 and select the History link to see a listing of sessions for which you have recorded CPE and print Statements of Credit from your pharmacist.com transcript.
All CPE participation must be recorded by April 30, 2010, 11:59 pm EDT.
